Lesbian-Gay Community Service Center of Greater Cleveland, the primary agency for the lesbian-gay community in NE Ohio.
Primary responsibilities: hire, supervise staff; manage financial operations, physical facility; raise funds; work with board, clientele, volunteers, committees; build coalitions; act as agency spokesperson; ensure quality of lesbian, gay HIV programs.
Essential qualifications: Openly lesbian/gay; experienced administrator, skilled in staff supervision, organizational systems, database management, financial oversight; experienced fundraiser (major donor solicitation, grants, special events); strong writing and verbal skills; public speaking, media experience; strong interpersonal skills.
Other preferred qualifications: college degree, board experience, especially non-profits; lesbian/gay and HIV activist or service provider. Salary: 28,000-30,000
